At Roadoz, we strive to provide a seamless logistics experience.
Cancellations
Load requests may be cancelled within 24hrs of booking without charges.
After dispatch, cancellations may incur applicable fees.
Refunds
If a shipment is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds for post-dispatch cancellations are subject to review and may include deductions for operational costs.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Services already completed or in-transit deliveries cannot be refunded.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer are non-refundable.
